He is the very definition of a people person – Paul believes that getting to know people and understanding their motivations and their needs, is the best way to promote the sales function, whether buyer or seller. It all starts with a Discovery meeting. PRJ Consultancy gets to know you, your business and your sales process before selling you anything. The bespoke solution to meet your business is then created. This can be as little as one hour.
PRJ Consultancy provides sales support to sole traders and SMEs, to help them develop and grow.

If you have sales personnel, PRJ Consultancy can:

  • Train sales skills in B2B, B2C, telephone and face to face
  • Mentor sales teams to help with goal setting and target achievement
  • Improve communication channels both internally and externally to improve sales
